Lynn Darby is a CPA and a retired Ernst & Young partner, where he worked in a variety of roles for 33 years in the Atlanta, Knoxville, TN and Greenville, SC offices. Mr. Darby’s current activities include membership on the Board of the West Paces Hotel Group and a member of the University of North Alabama President’s Cabinet. Previously Mr. Darby served on the SBC Systems Advisory Board. Prior to assuming the role of Chairman of Georgian Bancorporation, Inc., Mr. Darby was a Georgian Bancorporation Director where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Darby holds a BS in Accounting from the University of North Alabama.
Mr. Donald A. Rolader

Don Rolader is the name partner of Rolader & Rolader law firm, which has a limited general practice and is based in Roswell, Georgia. Mr. Rolader’s specific practice areas include commercial business transactions, secured lending, development, land use and zoning law. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Rolader is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and a Director of North Fulton Community Charities. He is past Chairman of the Administrative Board of North Fulton Regional Hospital. Until his recent selection as Chairman of Georgian Bank, Mr. Rolader has been a Director of Georgian Bank, serving on the executive loan committee and CRA compliance committee.
Mr. Rolader is a fifth generation Atlanta native and attended Emory University. He obtained his J.D. degree from Woodrow Wilson School of Law in 1975. He was admitted to the bar on October 31, 1975 and has been actively engaged in the practice of law with his father, D. W. Rolader since being admitted. D.W. Rolader retired in 2000.
