Tracey Smith legal services veteran banker joins Georgian Bank
ATLANTA, January 28, 2008
Tracey Smith was confirmed recently as Vice President by Georgian Bank’s Board of Directors. Smith joins Georgian Bank as vice president and private banking relationship manager. She will be located in the Cumberland office, but servicing clients throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
Earlier this year, Georgian Bank launched a special practice that focuses on banking professional services firms, in particular, law firms. “We’ve found that our style of banking, which relies heavily on high levels of personal attention, state-of-the-art products, and customized solutions helps law firms grow and operate with the highest levels of efficiency,” said Chris Cooper, executive vice president of private banking. “We have deep knowledge of and experience working with law firms. Tracey adds to our talent pool of seasoned metro-Atlanta bankers.”

Smith brings more than 23 years of banking experience to Georgian Bank. Prior to joining Georgian Bank, Smith was with SunTrust Bank in its Legal Specialty Group.
